Wednesday Mindfulness with Caroline

Every Wednesday at 3pm I guide you through a relaxing, simple meditation with our eyes closed (in Swedish). Anyone can join, all you need is 15 minutes. Afterwards we have Açai Bowls to boost our energy even more. All for free, no sign up needed. We meet at the Front Desk at 3pm sharp and go together to the mindful location.
